THE COORDINATION COMITEE

The Coordination Committee consists of the Director of the Program and 4 members appointed by the Assembly for a two-year term.

It is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operation of the program and in particular:

  1. to establish the initial annual budget (and its amendments) of the Program and recommend its approval to the Special Account for Research Grants,
  2. to establish the assessment of the Program of Postgraduate Studies and recommend its approval to the Assembly of the Department
  3. to approve the implementation of the program’s expenditure,
  4. to  award any and all scholarships, in accordance to the internal Regulation and the Regulation on Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies of the University,
  5. to suggest the assignment of teaching tasks to the Assembly of the Department,
  6. to suggest to the Assembly the invitation of Visiting Professors,
  7. to draw up a plan for the amendment of the curriculum and to submit it to to the Assembly of the Department,
  8. to suggest the redistribution of courses between academic semesters, as well as issues related to the upgrading of the curriculum
